A Community-based Programme on Promoting Circadian and Sleep Health
Circadian rhythms, also known as body clocks, and sleep are intricately connected and significantly impact an individual’s well-being. In recent years, there has been a growing interest among health experts in the research field of circadian science. Recent studies have shed light on the detrimental effects of misaligned and disrupted circadian rhythms on both physical and mental health, particularly among young individuals.
The primary objective of this project is to disseminate knowledge and enhance understanding of circadian health among the general public, with a specific focus on adolescents.
