Our laboratory was recently invited by chief physician Dr CHENG Hanrong to visit the Sleep Medicine Center at the Department of Sleep Medicine, Institute of Respiratory Diseases, Shenzhen People’s Hospital (深圳市人民醫院呼研所睡眠醫學科睡眠醫學中心) for an academic exchange. During our time there, we were given a tour of the hospital and were able to observe the excellent work being done by the clinical staff. We were also given the opportunity to share our most recent research on sleep intervention, which was well-received by our hosts. We have learned a great deal from the staff at the Sleep Medicine Centre, and we were able to exchange some of our own knowledge and expertise with them as well. The discussions we had during our visit will undoubtedly help us to further our research and advance our understanding of sleep medicine.
