Designathon Competition Showcase
One of the highlights of the Summer Research Programme was the Designathon Competition. The aim of the Designathon was to cultivate awareness and understanding of sleep and circadian health. Participants were divided into groups and allotted 24 hours to design two psychoeducational materials (banner and leaflet) to encourage healthy sleep and circadian health within their school community. Following this, they were asked to present their creations and share the concepts and rationales behind their design choices to a panel of judges (Dr Shirley Li, Dr Stephanie Wong, and Mr Sean Chan). All designs were warmly received by the audience, and we are immensely proud of the outstanding work carried out by everyone.
