I received my B.S. degree in Human Health Psychology from the University of California, San Diego, and my M.S. degree in Health Informatics from Yale University. My research interests focus on the human circadian rhythm and its application in mental health interventions. Specifically, I am interested in how disruptions in circadian rhythms can affect mental health and the potential for chronotherapeutic interventions to mitigate these effects. Additionally, I aim to explore computational methods in psychological studies, such as the application of machine learning to analyze social science data while considering socio-cultural contexts.
