On World Mental Health Day 2023, the HKU Sleep Lab team hosted an interactive booth session to promote sleep hygiene and healthy sleep habits among university students. Our team shared practical tips, emphasising the vital role sleep plays in maintaining optimal mental health. The booth attracted a diverse audience and we were delighted to witness the growing interest in sleep hygiene. We remain committed to advancing the understanding of sleep and its impact on mental health and looking forward to future events to further spread awareness and support community wellbeing.
