I am a final-year undergraduate majoring in psychology at the University of Hong Kong. My research interests include sleep disturbance, nightmares, and mental disorders (e.g., depression, anxiety, PTSD). I am also intrigued by the effectiveness of relevant interventions. Apart from research, I enjoy music, anime, and volleyball!
