Talk at Ying Wa College

On 12 March 2025, our team visited Ying Wa College as part of their Mental Health Wellbeing Week to support student wellness. Ms. Denise Liew delivered an engaging talk on sleep health and the importance of circadian rhythms. Students also joined a mindfulness jar workshop led by Ms. Millet Sit, Ms. Sammi Tsoi, and Mr. Sean Chan, who also provided free sleep consultation at our wellness booth. We’re thankful to the teachers and staff at Ying Wa College for inviting us and allowing us to be part of this meaningful week.
